A true survivor in every sense of the word, Hall writes as a victim, about love, abuse, death and sorrow. Her story is sensitive, heartbreaking and cathartic. Broken Dreams is a page turner that will take you through every human emotion and leave you reflecting on your own life’s journey. It hits the high and low notes of a life lived courageously, confronting and surmounting many of life’s pitfalls along the way. Her collection of poetry and prose showcase a wide range of writing skills and covers many human interests’. Her writings are emotional, insightful and most of all, relevant. A must read for those dealing with or overcoming difficult childhoods, abusive relationships and death of loved ones. Described as race neutral, her poems and prose are about a woman talking to other women about, love, loss, loneliness, spirituality, babies, struggle, uncertainties, accomplishments, etc. Hall writes for women afraid to show their emotional scars and damaged psyches. She tells it like it is, sparing no emotions.
