Mozell P. Scovil is a retired educator who holds BS & MA degrees in Biology, Chemistry pre-med and Liberal Arts. She served as Science Director for Detroit Public Schools for 5 years and Science Consultant for the State of Michigan for 16 years. She now coordinates healthy eating seminars in the Detroit area. Mozell is an author of several science books and two health books; Fun Raw Foods for Kids and Adults. She is also the founder and CEO of HEALthyself Detroit and heads the Healthyself Herb Garden Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church

Bob McCauley, ND was raised in Lansing, Michigan and attended Michigan State University (BA, 1980 in Journalism). He is a naturopathic doctor, Master Herbalist and a Certified Nutritional Consultant. He has traveled extensively, both domestically and abroad, visiting over 32 countries. Founder of the Watershed Wellness Center, in Lansing, MI. Dr. Bob McCauley has been selling water ionizers longer than almost anyone in the business, having tutored most of his competitors at one time. Dr. Bob is an established writer and author of several books, "God's Path to Disease Free Living" and "Cure in The Mirror", just to name a few.

Investor and CMO of Fresh Rootz, INC., Fatima's background in public relations, brand development & management, business operations, and as a successful entrepreneur as well, her contributions to the company focus on the concept, branding, daily operations, community  involvement, and marketing while focusing on the health and wellness components.

Since the 1980s, Joyce has been creating recipes incorporating raw and live foods. She is also an avid indoor gardener.

Dr. Gina Lynem-Walker is a Tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since April 1999. She is Married with 2 children. She enjoys gardening, reading, crafts, music, travel. Dr. Lynem-Walker is active in Community Service. Some of her professional experience - Internal Medicine Physician since 1994; Staff Physician Henry Ford Health System until 1999; Was employed at Henry Ford Urgent Care until 2021; Experience with Utilization Management, Care Management and Disease Management; Quality Medical Director for Utilization Management; Active with the PR department at BCBSM; Past member of Wayne State University Medical Alumni Board; Volunteer Faculty Wayne State University Medical School. Subject Matter Expert, Liaison between BCBSM and the provider community, support our utilization management staff on clinical and policy matters.

“Doc” Chris Clay, JD, is a Wellness Lifestyle Expert. As such, he is knowledgeable in a variety of holistic

modalities, such as natural diet, herbs and supplements, healing crystals, supportive exercise, stress
reduction, increased energy, self-improvement, weight management, self-discipline, spirituality, meditation, and many others.

Doc Clay began exploring nutritional wellness in 1977 after reading the book, Cooking With Mother
Nature by Dick Gregory. Over the years, he continued to build his understanding by studying hundreds
of alternative wellness books, theories, and techniques. Applying this wellness insight to himself and
others became his life’s mission. He believes that everyone deserves to heal.

Paul is a raw foods chef, educator, author, and father, who has been eating a raw food diet since he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis many years ago. Today he is 100% cured of this so-called “incurable disease” and still eats a mostly raw food diet.

Paul is the author of 8 books. He has been featured on The Food Network and in several magazines and newspapers around the world. He travels the world giving lectures on the raw food nutrition and raw food prep classes to show people how easy and fun the raw life can be.

Dr. Johnathan Goree, MD Is a husband and father of 2 sons.  He attended medical school and completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at Cornell University.  He completed his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Emory University.  He currently is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Service Line Director – Neurosciences, Chief of Staff Elect – UAMS Health, Associate Chief Medical Officer, Director of Chronic Pain Division, Associate Program Director, and Chronic Pain Medicine Fellowship at University of Arkansas for Medicare Sciences.  He was premiered in the AY Magazine Best Healthcare Professionals – Pain Management (2023) and Awarded Little Rock Top Docs in Pain Management, Soiree Magazine (2022 & 2023).  This is just a few of his many accolades. Dr. Goree also published several Peer-Reviewed Journals and Publications.

Heather Farrow, PhD.    Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Heather Farrow is a clinical psychologist who currently works at the Detroit VA Medical Center
where she provides individual and group therapy to veterans who have been diagnosed with substance
use and mental health disorders. She is trained in hypnosis, Cognitive Processing Therapy (PTSD),
Motivational Interviewing and Social Skills Training. Dr. Farrow has also taught undergraduate and
graduate students at the University of Detroit-Mercy and Fisk University in Nashville, TN. Prior to her role at the Detroit VA, Dr. Farrow has worked at the Murfreesboro, TN VA, Atlanta VA, and Saginaw VA.  She has also worked as a school psychologist in Lincoln Park, Michigan and taught English to middle, high school and adult education students. Lastly, Dr. Farrow was a Detroit Public Schools middle school special education resource room teacher for 11 years and worked with children with learning
disabilities, autism, cognitive and emotional impairments.
Dr. Farrow received her undergraduate degree in English and Secondary Education from Spelman College. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from University of Detroit-Mercy, a Specialist
degree in School Psychology from University of Detroit-Mercy and a Doctoral degree in Clinical
Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Farrow is an avid reader and researcher who has presented her research at conferences and whose works have been published in several scientific journals. In her spare time, Dr. Farrow is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a member of Hartford Memorial Baptist Church, and enjoys daily fitness, listening to audiobooks, true crime podcasts, sewing, and cooking.
